What is Swaggers Cancellation Policy?


An order can be canceled only before it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You can get an update of your order by logging into SwaggersWebsite, Mobile Site or Mobile Application. Once a cancellation request is raised, any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?


Yes, but only through our Customer Care Services. You can shoot an email to customercare@swaggersonline.com. Please note that the changes can be made only before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I cancel my order?


Log in to your Swaggers account, go to ‘My Account and tap on ‘My Orders’. Select the order number that you wish to cancel and click cancel. You are done!

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?


All the payments made using Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets are refunded to the source account in 10-15 business days from the date of order cancellation request. If payment was made using Swaggers store credits, the refund will reflect into your Swaggers
Credits account within 1-2 days of raising a cancellation request.
